St George's University Hospital

At St George’s Hospital, The Hireman supported the installation of a large modular healthcare facility comprising a 20-bed intensive care unit, staff accommodation and additional space for future fit-out. To assist with the project, we supplied a range of site lighting, infrared heaters and tower access equipment, helping the contractor work safely and efficiently in this critical healthcare environment.

Apex, Nine Elms

Rising above the landmark regeneration area at Apex Nine Elms, this 26-storey residential development forms part of the transformation of New Covent Garden Market. The Hireman supported the main contractor throughout the construction process by supplying 940 litre bowser pressure washers and tower access equipment, helping maintain safe, efficient working conditions across this major build.

Guy's Hospital

Guy’s Hospital is one of the UK’s leading teaching hospitals and a centre of excellence for healthcare and medical research. The Hireman supported the construction of the new Guy’s Elective Surgical Centre, a major investment that will enhance the delivery of planned surgical care in London. To assist with the build, we supplied a wide range of equipment, from everyday tools such as drills and saws to access towers and submersible pumps, helping the contractor keep this important healthcare project moving forward efficiently.

Southwark Bridge Road, London

Xtra Cross Hire: During a major resurfacing project on Southwark Bridge Road, our customer required specialist floor removal equipment capable of operating without on-site emissions or fumes. Through The Hireman’s Xtra cross-hire service, we sourced and supplied a Terminator Infinity, providing a powerful zero-emission solution that enabled the contractor to work safely and efficiently in an enclosed environment.

Norwood, London

Xtra Cross Hire: Working on the foundations of a major construction development, our customer required specialist scanning equipment to accurately locate rebar and other embedded objects within concrete before drilling and cutting commenced.
