By entering The Hireman Fantasy Premier League, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Promoter
The promotion is run by The Hireman Limited, registered company number 01903083, whose registered office is Unit 5B, Black Swan House, North Crescent, London, E16 4TG (“The Hireman”).
- Eligibility
The Hireman Fantasy Premier League is open exclusively to:
- Current employees of The Hireman; and
- Customers of The Hireman, including employees of businesses that currently use The Hireman’s tool hire, equipment or associated services.
Friends, family members and other individuals who are not employees or customers of The Hireman are not eligible to win a prize.
The Hireman reserves the right to request reasonable information to verify an entrant’s eligibility before awarding a prize.
Only one Fantasy Premier League team per person may be entered into the competition.
- How to Enter
Entry is completely free and no purchase or hire is necessary.
To enter:
- Create or log in to an official Fantasy Premier League account. https://fantasy.premierleague.com/en/
- Create your Fantasy Premier League team.
- Join The Hireman Fantasy Premier League using league code fq6z4o.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their team has successfully joined The Hireman league.
- Competition Period
The competition will run throughout the 2026/27 Premier League season and will conclude following the completion and final updating of the official Fantasy Premier League standings after the final Gameweek.
Scores, points, transfers and league positions will be determined by the official Fantasy Premier League system and rules.
- Prizes
Customer prize categories:
- First place – £100 gift card
- Second place – £75 gift card
- Third place – £50 gift card
The Hireman Employees prize categories:
- First place – £100 gift card
- Second place – £75 gift card
- Third place – £50 gift card
The winners will be determined by the final standings in The Hireman Fantasy Premier League following completion of the 2026/27 season.
The overall winner, be it a customer or staff member, will win an additional £50 prize gift card, meaning one entrant may receive two prizes.
Managers are also automatically entered into a cup competition for every league they are in. These start later in the season.
Each qualifying team will be randomly drawn against another in the first round. The team with the highest Gameweek score, minus any transfer points, will progress to the next round and another random draw.
An additional prize of a £50 gift card will be awarded to the winner of the cup competition.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless The Hireman, at its discretion, determines otherwise.
- Determining the Winners
The final Fantasy Premier League points total will determine league positions.
2026/27 FPL Fantasy League will finish on Sunday 30 May 2027, which is Gameweek 38 – the final day of the Premier League season.
Where entrants finish on the same number of points, the official Fantasy Premier League ranking and tie-breaking rules will be followed in the first instance.
If two or more eligible entrants remain officially tied for a prize, The Hireman will determine the winner using the following tie-breakers in order:
- The entrant who has made the fewest transfers during the season;
- If still tied, the entrant with the highest score in the final Gameweek;
- If still tied, the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by The Hireman.
The Hireman’s decision regarding prize eligibility and the application of these Terms & Conditions is final.
- Winner Verification
Before a prize is awarded, The Hireman may contact the potential winner to confirm whether they are:
- A current member of The Hireman staff; or
- An employee or representative of a current Hireman customer.
Entrants who cannot reasonably demonstrate their eligibility may be disqualified and the prize offered to the next highest eligible entrant.
Friends, relatives and other individuals who have obtained the league code but do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be entitled to receive a prize, regardless of their final league position.
- Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact information available to The Hireman or details requested from the entrant following the end of the competition.
The Hireman will aim to contact all winners within 14 days of the final Fantasy Premier League standings being confirmed.
Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, The Hireman reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest eligible entrant.
Prizes will normally be supplied within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.
- Fair Play & Disqualification
Participants must comply with the official Fantasy Premier League rules and terms of use.
The Hireman reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they:
- Have provided false or misleading information;
- Are not eligible to participate;
- Have entered more than one team;
- Have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the competition;
- Have breached the official Fantasy Premier League rules; or
- Have otherwise acted in a way that undermines the fair running of the competition.
- Fantasy Premier League
The Hireman Fantasy Premier League is a private league operated using the official Fantasy Premier League platform.
The competition is independently organised by The Hireman and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
Participants are responsible for complying with the Fantasy Premier League Terms & Conditions and Game Rules.
The Hireman has no control over Fantasy Premier League scoring, player points, technical issues, account access or changes made by the Premier League to its game or rules.
- Changes or Cancellation
The Hireman reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will be made fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already participated.
If a prize becomes unavailable, The Hireman reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of an equivalent or greater value.
- Publicity
The Hireman may announce the winners through its website, email communications, social media channels or internal communications.
This may include the winner’s name, company and/or Fantasy Premier League team name.
Entrants may contact The Hireman if they do not wish their personal information to be published publicly.
- Personal Information
Any personal information collected in connection with the competition will only be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact winners and award prizes, unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Hireman Privacy Policy.
- General
Entry into The Hireman Fantasy Premier League constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
